【Introduction of Labels】
《Mr. Chuck 查克先生》
將熊的嘴巴畫上拉鍊的作品名為《查克先生》。在去年舉辦的個展主題是「秘密」，因此我創作了一幅符合該主題的作品。 《查克先生》源於一句日本諺語：「人應謹言慎行，因為無心之言可能引發災禍」。 這幅作品想傳達的意思是，秘密應該永遠保守，不該告訴任何人，並要妥善守護。
【Introduction of Artist】
關於畫家： SHINGO IWASA 岩佐駸吾
出生於宮城縣的平面設計師，從設計的角度進行創作。受到 311 大海嘯和陰陽思想的啟發，大多數畫作以黑白為主。他認為這個世界是由兩種截然不同的對立元素建構出來：光與影，正與反，希望透過這樣的對比表達陰陽的平衡。

【Introduction of Distillery】
Strathisla is currently the oldest continuously operating distillery in Speyside, established in 1786 by Alexander Milne and George Taylor. This historic distillery has changed its name several times: originally named Milltown, it later changed to Milton; in 1870 it became Strathisla, only to be renamed Milton again in 1890; it was finally acquired by Chivas Brothers in 1950 and changed back to Strathisla in 1951, a name it has retained ever since.
因為它是 Chivas Brothers 收購的第一座酒廠，其柔順且充滿層次的麥芽威士忌更是起瓦士跟皇家禮炮的核心基酒，被譽為「起瓦士之家」。外觀上有著特殊「 Pagoda Roof」 屋頂造型且在酒廠前坐擁一座美麗花園，讓 Strathisla 被譽為蘇格蘭最美的酒廠！

Tasting Notes
Nose: bright and fresh floral aroma, citrus fruit sweetness, apricot, ripe melon, plum, light malt scent, honey, almond, vanilla, cardamom, and spices.
Palate: sweet and smooth floral and fruity aroma, melons, white grapes, banana, creamy chocolate, malt, honey, nuts, wood, mint, cardamom, and spices.
Finish: medium to long. Melon, citrus, green apples, cream, vanilla, malt, vanilla, herbal, wood, mint, and spices.
The bright and fresh floral and fruity aroma leads to a series of yellow fruit fragrances, immersing you in it. The rounded mouthfeel exudes fruit and honey notes, giving a warm feeling.
