月球上的兔子們正努力製作威士忌和裝瓶著，接著交由貓咪太空人將酒送往地球，是個大工程喔！勢必需要選一個產量較大的酒廠，才能幫助牠們順利完成這次的中秋節特別任務。究竟是哪個酒廠呢？答案揭曉：我們精心挑選了來自艾雷島東北方、有著甜美煙燻果香的 Caol Ila。你猜對了嗎？
火箭推進器噴發出有著煙燻果香的火焰，貓咪太空人正吃著剛剛兔子們用心烤製的美味食物，有奶油培根跟香草水梨，最後再來一口香甜可口的威士忌補充能量。出發了！看來牠們一定能夠圓滿達成這次的任務。
希望透過這些畫面，能順利傳達這款 Caol Ila 香氣和口感所呈現出的煙燻果香甜美，在中秋節喝來格外歡愉。

About Artist
MasonYin is a talented painter and musician. You can see his artwork appearing in a column dedicated to music & painting in the MUZIK Magazine, or in musically themed cafes co-opened with corporates, as well as in gift shop items for the national orchestra NSO. In addition, he also focuses on teaching adults violin, he is a true artist that works across different areas. Tasting Notes
Nose: Softly peated, smoky with some fruitiness. The smell of salt, tangerine, candied fruit, salted butter, ham, nuts, vanilla, fennel, mint, spices, a mixture of salty sweet.
Palate: Full bodied saltiness and peatedness together with tangerine, apple, pear, malt, salted butter, bacon, nuts, vanilla, ginger, cardamon, mint and spices.
Finish: Medium to long finish of saltiness, smokiness with some taste of yellow lemon and malt. Chocolate, salted caramel, lemongrass, dryness and pepper come later. Towards the end you are left with mild smokiness and obvious fruity sweetness.
The smokiness on the nose is mildly peated with tangerine, salted butter, ham, mint and spices. Overall it's well balanced. On the palate, it gives you chewiness, peatedness and the meatiness of bacon spread softly in one's mouth. Flavours of tangerine, nuts, salted caramel and spices slowly layer on top of each other. After a few sips, the sweetness comes through more clearly.
