MasonYin 莓森林 ｜ 音樂家／畫家
MasonYin is a talented painter and musician. You can see his artwork appearing in a column dedicated to music & painting in the MUZIK Magazine, or in musically themed cafes co-opened with corporates, as well as in gift shop items for the national orchestra NSO. In addition, he also focuses on teaching adults violin, he is a true artist that works across different areas. Therefore, you can see classical musicians, instruments, bands and orchestras appearing in his artwork as if they were playing right in front of you.

The Whisky Blues 《Blind Selection》Series
｜感受當海盜桶彈起時的「開獎」時刻
身為獨立裝瓶品牌，以最高規格為品質把關，確認酒已展現最迷人的狀態才裝瓶，一向是我們的核心精神。
但這兩款酒因為其特別的歷史背景，讓我們決定玩一場大的：採取「盲裝」方式進行。也就是說，在尚未試過樣品的階段，就直接決定裝瓶。從品牌方到消費者，都會在收到酒的那一刻，才同步揭曉這桶酒的真實風味，共同體驗這場充滿驚喜的集體冒險。
為了呼應這份玩心，酒標設計與插畫家 MasonYin 莓森林 合作，特別選用了酒瓶命運輪盤、以及海盜桶遊戲不知何時彈起的緊張場景，帶領大家重回那個屏息以待的心跳時刻。
本系列有來自艾雷島的 Bowmore 2005 與 Laphroaig 2005 兩款一線酒廠的高年份作品。邀請與我們一起，感受這份「開獎」的極致樂趣！

【Introduction of Distillery】
成立於 1779年的 Bowmore 是艾雷島上最古老的酒廠，仍保留著地板發麥這項傳統工藝並提供部分麥芽給酒廠使用。將當地泥煤烘乾麥芽 18個小時，以產生出 10-25ppm 的泥煤麥芽，讓 Bowmore 原有熱帶果香中多了些許迷人的泥煤煙燻風味。
Bowmore 藏酒大多儲存於波本桶內，僅約莫 20%左右陳放於雪莉桶中熟成。這款在雪莉桶熟成 26年的 Bowmore ，香氣散發出甜美的煙燻、鹹味、莓果和柑橘果香，圓潤甜美的煙燻口感有著細微泥煤點綴著，悠長的尾韻中有著灰燼和些微獨特皂味，整體層次豐富，值得細細品味。

Tasting Notes
香氣：花香、桃子、西洋梨、蜜蘋果、輕柔的百香果、清涼感、很隱約的柴魚。
口感：桃子、西洋梨、花香花蜜、清爽的百香果、絲絲香氛皂味、海鹽、很溫柔的灰燼、香草植物精油。
尾韻：清新草本、蜜香、海鹽、灰燼、胡椒、絲絲皂味。
