MasonYin is a talented painter and musician. In addition, he also focuses on teaching adults violin, he is a true artist that works across different areas. Therefore, you can see classical musicians, instruments, bands and orchestras appearing in his artwork as if they were playing right in front of you.

As an independent bottler, our core philosophy has always been to maintain the highest standards of quality control, ensuring that each whisky only goes into the bottle once it has reached its most captivating state.
However, due to the unique historical background of these two whiskies, we decided to pull off something big: we adopted a 'blind bottling' approach. This means we decided to bottle them before even tasting the samples. From the brand to the consumers, everyone will discover the true flavor profile of this cask at the exact moment they receive the bottle, sharing in this collective adventure full of surprises.
To echo this playfulness, the wine label design is a collaboration with illustrator MasonYin, featuring the fate roulette and the suspenseful moment when the pirate pops out of the barrel, taking everyone back to those heart-pounding moments of anticipation.

【Introduction of Distillery】
Founded in 1779, Bowmore is the oldest distillery on the island of Islay. It still retains the traditional craft of floor malting and uses it to supply a portion of the malt for the distillery. The local peat is used to dry the malt for 18 hours, producing a peated malt with 10-25 ppm, which adds a charming hint of peaty smoke to Bowmore's signature tropical fruit notes.
Most Bowmore whiskies are aged in bourbon casks, with only about 20% matured in sherry casks. This 26-year-old Bowmore, matured in sherry casks, releases an aroma of sweet smoke, salinity, berries, and citrus. Its round, sweet, and smoky palate is accented by subtle peat notes. The long finish features traces of ash and a unique, slight soapy character, offering a rich and complex profile worth savoring.

Tasting Notes
Aroma: floral notes, peach, pear, honey apple, delicate passion fruit, a cooling sensation, and a very subtle hint of bonito flakes.
Palate: Peach, pear, floral nectar, crisp passion fruit, a hint of fragrant soap, sea salt, very gentle ash, herbal essential oils.
Finish: Fresh herbal notes, honey sweetness, sea salt, ash, pepper, and a hint of soapiness.
