Tasting Notes:
Nose: No doubt, we are right in the middle of a barley field at Ballindalloch, and Benrinnes is in the far away background. Plums, maraschino cherries, fine wood aroma. Very elegant. Can't wait to drink.
Palate: Cocoa, dried plums, orange jam. Perfect fusion as usual as Le Gus't Selection series. Passion comes from the first fill oloroso sherry cask.
Finish: Very long. Fruits and cocoa flavors are combined together, so charming.
