Jay Vulture 是一位常駐倫敦的專業藝術攝影師，以風格獨具的黑白攝影作品聞名於世。

【Introduction of Distillery】
Bushmills 酒廠創建於 1743 年，歷經 1885 年的一場大火後重建。1920 年，美國禁酒令對愛爾蘭威士忌產業造成嚴重衝擊，但 Bushmills 仍堅韌地存續至今。
「我們並非因為歷史最悠久所以才最好，而是因為品質最好才能成為最老。」（”We’re not the best because we’re the oldest, we’re the oldest because we’re the best.”）這句話出自酒廠首席蒸餾師 Colum Egan，充分展現了 Bushmills 對其產品品質的自信。
