Tasting Notes
Nose: soft and sweet citrus and apple, syrup, butter and nuts. A little salty with smoked fruits, minerals and smoky island breeze.
Taste: smooth. Starting with peat and smoke, then tropical fruits, nectar, butter, malt, and spices.
Finish: medium but rather long. Peat and smoke emerge in an elegant way. Mild fruity and buttery silkiness. Ending in wood, nutmeg, and pepper, with enjoyable sweetness of fruits lingering in the mouth.
