“BossCat”
這次黑貓化身為街角柑仔店的老闆，穿著花襯衫嘴上還叼著根稻草，斜倚在年輪上笑看世間，一派輕鬆又深藏不露的樣子。如此餘裕自在，當然是對瓶子裡頭的酒充滿了自信。
Craigellachie 魁列奇在威圈裡擁有不少愛好者，主要原因，就來自他著名的蟲桶冷凝。這種傳統式的冷凝法，整個蘇格蘭也只剩下十幾間蒸餾廠還在使用了。隨著操作手法不同，蟲桶冷凝可以輕盈如 Glen Elgin，也可以硫感鮮明如 Craigellachie。剛蒸餾出來的強勁硫感會在橡木桶長時間熟成的過程中逐漸柔化，刺激感漸漸淡去，轉而帶出更多果味與複雜度。 Craigellachie 受人喜愛的風味就是這麼來的。
這支 2009 的 Craigellachie，剛開瓶時煙燻肉感的辛香氣息會比較鮮明，等醒了兩三週之後，就會變成以各種果味與麥芽甜香為主導的路線，甜美迷人。一般而言，放到二十多年的 Craigellachie 當然硫系風味轉化出來的效果更好，但以 13 年來說，這支平易近人中又略帶個性的奶油香蕉，表現相當可以。

Tasting Notes
Color：white grape
Nose: bright malt sweetness, white sultanas, banana, pineapples and pepper mix, some toasted and smoky notes, syrup and spices.
Palate: medium bodied. Roasted malts, citrus, malts, creamy, nuts, peanuts, vanilla, hay and spices.
Finish: medium to long. Bright tropical fruits and roasted malts intertwined with hints of wood, hay and spices, and ending with malty sweetness on the palate.
A simple, straightforward bottle with Craigellachie's signature oil-fired malted barley notes and a bit of character on the nose. A touch of yellow fruits and banana sweetness gives this bottle an approachable character on the palate. By adding some water, the layers are opened up and the fruity sweetness of the finish makes you pour another glass without hesitation.
