About Artist： 任嶼Ray.H
任嶼Ray.H is an illustrator who excels at transforming beautiful moments in daily life and travel into lively pictorial illustrations. He has collaborated with various tourism and local culture organizations multiple times. Skilled in diverse illustration techniques, he captures everyday life and travel street scenes, bringing a fresh and intimate sense of life.
The “Travel Picture” series, which has won the Merit award in the 3x3 International Illustration Awards, focuses on everyday street scenes during travel. It vividly depicts the local charm of each city and town, telling moving and unique little stories.

【Introduction of Distillery】
Diamond 酒廠隸屬於 DEMERARA DISTILLERS LIMITED (DDL)，追溯其發展歷史將近有 300年。最初 1780年時圭亞那約有 300家酒廠生產蘭姆酒，且有專屬自己的標誌；到了1942年只剩下 9家，經歷幾次合併後到了 1983年就僅剩 DDL 一家留存下來。Diamond 酒廠呢，可以說是活的蒸餾器博物館，一些圭亞那關廠的蒸餾器都轉移至此持續運作著，全部多達 9種不同類型的蒸餾器，得以讓它生產的酒液有豐富多樣的調性。
這桶 Diamond 酒液是使用約莫從 1890年左右開始運作的凡爾賽單一木製壺式蒸餾器（Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still）所蒸餾出的，這座蒸餾器由當地材質極硬的綠心木（Greenheart）所製成，輾轉在已關廠的 Enmore 跟 Uitvlugt 酒廠運作過，目前已經移至 Diamond 酒廠。該蒸餾器生產的酒液在橡木桶熟成後，呈現出明亮果香氣息與圓潤帶有香草調性的口感。
Tasting Notes
Nose: Smooth herbs, dried fruit, green apple, minty coolness, nuts, honey syrup, wood, cardamom, plastic, and spices.
Palate: Rounded. Citrus, ripe banana, ripe fruit, honey syrup, nuts, wood, herbs, mint, a hint of matte finish, cardamom, and spices.
Finish: Medium. Mango, pineapple, citrus, ripe banana, sweet and salty preserved fruit, honey syrup, nuts, wood, licorice, minty coolness, cardamom, and spices.
The sweet herbal aroma combined with the smooth fruitiness makes it easy to drink. The taste of honey syrup and ripe fruit sweetness, ending with a hint of mint and woodiness
