任嶼Ray.H 是位擅長將日常生活和旅行中美好時刻轉化為生活感十足的圖鑑插畫家，與旅遊觀光及地方文化相關的機構有多次合作，善於以多元的插畫技巧捕捉日常和旅行街景，帶來清新且親近的生活感。
「旅圖」系列榮獲3×3國際插畫獎Merit，以旅行中的日常街景為主題，生動地描繪出每個城市鄉鎮的在地風情來述說出動人又獨特的小故事

【Introduction of Distillery】
Allt-A-Bhainne 酒廠為加拿大公司 Seagram 於 1975年建造，當時蘇格蘭威士忌產業需要更多烈酒，在整體發展上是呈現樂觀的。
Allt-A-Bhainne 酒廠是第一家以現代風格設計的酒廠，所有設備都在一個房間內，一端是糖化槽，另一端是四座蒸餾器，從開始到結束的過程可由一個人完成。
後來市場飽和，Allt-A-Bhainne 酒廠在2002年末到2005年短暫封存了幾年，因為 Chivas Brothers Ltd 需要泥煤麥芽威士忌於是重啟運作，從那時開始生產10~20 ppm的泥煤麥芽威士忌，大約佔總產量比例約為30~50%。
這次我們挑選的這桶 Allt-A-Bhainne 帶有明亮桃子果香及奶油氣息，滑順口感散發花蜜甜感與堅果調性，尾韻則是淡淡瓜果甜香，讓你能品嚐到在2002年封廠前酒廠所擁有的美好風味。
Tasting Notes
Nose: soft smell of tangerine, plum and peach, together with light salted butter, nuts, honey, vanilla and hints of woody scent.
Palate: smooth tangerine, peach, melon sweetness, butter, nuts, honey, vanilla, waxiness, cardamon and spices.
Finish: medium to long finish. Taste of tangerine, apple, apricot, salted butter, honey, vanilla, woodiness, herbs and spices.
The sweetness of mango and apricot continues on the nose as well as the mouth. Melon taste and waxiness later add onto the palate. The finish is bright and clear woodiness and herbal scent, what an interesting ending!
