We named it as "Kittenish". It's not a really distillery name, yet "kitty-nish" is an obvious clue, right?

Tasting Notes

Nose: full of tropical fruits, apple, plum, malt, butter, cocoa, leather, wax and spices.

Palate: smooth and mild. Citrus, apple, butter, malt, syrup, wax and spices.

Finish: very long. Sweet orange, apple, malt, butter, floral, syrup, a wee smokiness, wax, herb and spices.

結論：香氣變化很有趣，一開始先是感受到飽滿的果香氣息，放置一段時間果香層次變多且較為明亮，雖然口感乍喝之下較為簡單平順，但尾韻在後段層次感纖細地表現著。
