MasonYin is a talented painter and musician. You can see his artwork appearing in a column dedicated to music & painting in the MUZIK Magazine, or in musically themed cafes co-opened with corporates, as well as in gift shop items for the national orchestra NSO. In addition, he also focuses on teaching adults violin, he is a true artist that works across different areas. Therefore, you can see classical musicians, instruments, bands and orchestras appearing in his artwork as if they were playing right in front of you.

【Introduction of Distillery】
Burnside is usually used for tea-spooned Balvenie
Whisky enthusiasts are likely familiar with the Balvenie Distillery. It continues to adhere to the craft it has been using since its inception in 1892: growing its own barley, floor malting, maintaining and repairing distillers with its own coppersmith, and using oak barrels made by its own cooper for the distillery. The distillery believes that the shape of the distiller gives their whisky a honey-like taste. Indeed, the presence of floral, honey, and vanilla notes is what many enthusiasts believe to be characteristic of Balvenie.

Nose: Delicate and light melon, citrus, and apple fruit aromas, pleasing honey, cream, and vanilla, with a hint of woodiness and herbs adding depth.
Palate: Rounded palate. Citrus, plum, sweet melon, a hint of banana, floral, honey, cream, vanilla, cardamom, and spices.
Finish: Medium, delicate finish. Citrus, melon, honey, cream, nuts, vanilla, mint, a subtle woody sensation, herbs, and spices.
In addition to the distillery’s classic citrus, floral, cream, and vanilla notes, the sweet melon adds different layers to the overall presentation. The long maturation in wooden barrels provides a smooth, balanced palate.
