【Introduction of Artist】
Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.
Tainan, one of the oldest cities in Taiwan, has been constantly evolving. This city is the perfect muse for Hong Fu-Tian's emotions and creations.

安平古堡由荷蘭人建於執政時期，是臺灣最早的要塞建築，且是臺灣古蹟裡面少數擁有歷經荷蘭、明鄭、清代、日本時代跟戰後民國，
見證了臺灣近 400年歷史的古城，雖經清兵破壞和英國軍艦炮轟，
仍保留了荷蘭時期的遺跡：古堡前外城南側磚牆殘壁、內城半圓堡壁古井、臺灣城殘蹟和百年老樹盤根。

【Introduction of Distillery】
現今大家看到的 Teaninich 酒廠是從 1991年才開始重新運作的「A Side」。
於 2000年安裝了較為現代的槌式研磨機「Hammer Mill」以及啤酒廠會使用、稱之為「Mash Filter 」的糖化裝置，以取代傳統的糖化槽 (Mash Tun)，在當時可是蘇格蘭唯一使用這種裝置的麥芽威士忌酒廠。
透過這樣的設置，讓 Teaninich 酒廠產出非常清澈的麥汁；酒質散發出清新的草本氣息，甚至讓人聯想到日本綠茶。

Nose: gentle and bright citrus fruitiness, plums, a hint of white grape, Asian pear, dried fruits, cream, syrup, vanilla, herbs, green tea, cardamom and spices.
Palate: smooth. Sweet citrus, salty-sweetness of preserved fruits, a hint of melons, malt, nuts, woody, herbs, cardamom and spices.
Finish: medium. Citrus, white grape fruitiness, a hint of salty-sweetness of preserved fruits, malt, cream chocolate, vanilla, woody, tea aroma and spices.
The gentle and bright fruitiness with a smooth palate makes it easy to enjoy this wonderful dram, especially the white grape fruitiness in the finish gives a great ending.
