【Introduction of Distillery】
1898年，Adam Teacher 認為家族企業需要屬於自己的麥芽威士忌酒廠，於是建造了 Ardmore。從此 Ardmore 酒廠就為該家族調和威士忌，提供擁有頂級香氣的泥煤威士忌基酒，到了 2001 年都還是維持用煤炭直火蒸餾。
Adrmore 酒廠的泥煤採收自聖費格斯（Saint Fergus），使用帶有 12-14ppm 泥煤酚值的麥芽為原料，蒸餾出的威士忌比較偏向乾燥泥土的風味。酒廠整體風格表現擁有煙燻果香及純厚的奶油與麥芽香甜感。

Nose: soft smoky fruit aroma, saltiness, citrus, pineapple, olive oil, malt, nuts, leather, wood, cardamom, and spices.
Palate: smooth texture. Smoky, charcoal grilled, citrus, pineapple, honey syrup, malt, hay, ginger, cardamom, mint, and spices.
Finish: medium. Smoky, citrus, dried fruit, honey syrup, cream, nuts, wood, and spices, with a fruity sweetness lingering in the mouth.
A gentle smoky fruitiness blends with olive oil and tropical fruit aromas. The rounded palate envelops the mouth, releasing malt, honey syrup, and hay, leaving a sweet fruity sweetness lingering in the mouth.
