口感：以下的說法或許有點怪，這款威士忌同時既油潤，而且 dry。入口會先感受到一股 dry 的攻勢，之後圓潤感則浮現在口腔內側。而此時，口中已自成一個小天地。青苔，生蠔，檸檬皮……這杯酒把我們帶回了幾年前，在 Port Charlotte 的 Lochindaal Bar 裡，那份令人讚嘆的海鮮盤及產自艾雷島北邊的生蠔。
Nose: Pour yourself a glass of Lediag and take a deep breath, you are in Mull island immediately. The spray, mosses and heather take possession of your nostrils. You closer to the glass, then the smoky, Japanese yuzu and herring are in front of you. Yes, you are right at Tobermory bay.
Taste: Maybe it’s a little weird to say, but this whisky is fat and dry. Dry comes first and followed by rich and round taste inside your mouth. Mosses, oysters, a lemon zest …This whisky brings us back to several years ago, that we were in the Lochindaal Bar of Port Charlotte and having the amazing seafood platter and oysters from north of Isaly.
