【Introduction of Artist】
Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.
Tainan, one of the oldest cities in Taiwan, has been constantly evolving. This city is the perfect muse for Hong Fu-Tian's emotions and creations.
【About Label】大天后宮
大天后宮是全臺最早由官方興建且唯一列入官方祀典的媽祖廟，其建築前身原是明朝末代郡王寧靖王的宅第，是臺灣絕無僅有的明代官府建築之一。
1683年，施琅率軍渡海來台大敗鄭克塽，此後為收復民心，有鑑於臺灣人民對於媽祖的信仰，特奏請清廷將寧靖王府改建為天妃宮供奉媽祖，
後將建築改建成「大天妃宮」，隔年將媽祖晉封為天后，廟稱改名為「大天后宮」。

【Introduction of Distillery】
Pulteney 的酒汁蒸餾器造型非常奇特，有一個幾乎與蒸餾器底部一樣大的巨型沸騰球 (Boil Bulb) 加上幾乎水平的林恩臂讓它有著較高的回流。
而烈酒蒸餾器則是有著彎曲的林恩臂加上淨化器 (Purifier)，同樣產生高程度的回流，淨化器可能使酒液增加些許油潤感，再透過蟲桶冷凝使酒體增添些厚重與層次感。

Nose smooth and sweet citrus, apple fruitiness, a hint of melon sweetness, honey, nuts, vanilla, woody, cardamom and spices.
Palate: rounded. Lemon peels, citrus, plums, nectar, cream, honey cakes, almonds, woody, cardamom and spices.
Finish: medium. Bright cream aroma with hints of citrus, plums, syrup, nuts, woody, coconut, cardamom and spices.
The smooth and sweet citrus fruitiness contains honey, nuts, woody and spices. The rounded palate exudes the tones of honey cake and coconut powder, bringing pleasure.
