我知道，很多人一看到這次新款是 Secret Speyside 就打算滑走了，但請稍等，先聽我多說兩句。
說實在的，艾雷重擊也經手過數百款單桶，當然清楚市場上 Secret Speyside 有多麼難推。我不會稱之為「迷思」，但這的確是個普遍的習慣。奇妙的是，如果換成 Secret Islay ，接受度就又高起來了。
在這個環境下，我們還決心逆勢裝出這款，你就理解它絕對有一定的好喝程度。
蜜香、花香、舒服的微鹹奶油和餅乾，不管從哪個角度看都是款迷人的老波本桶。曾經試過艾雷重擊其他選桶的酒友們，應該漸漸熟悉我們的選桶風格了，這款同樣是溫柔耐喝的路線，可以安心下手。
有人喜歡開玩笑，說 Secret Speyside 就一律猜三個字的 XXX 啦～不過真要分析，那間五個字已關廠的蒸餾廠，或是很多帶有漂亮波本風格的四個字、三個字、兩個字的酒廠，反而有幾分神似。
但是嘿，猜是猜好玩的，實際上酒廠是誰真的不重要。「我只要默默伸出酒杯，你只要接過去安靜地送進喉嚨去，只要這樣應該就成了」。要喝的酒，重點一直都是風味，而不是酒以外的其他東西。我們不曉得酒廠是誰，所以經銷也不會知道，不用再問他們了。
用合理的價格把好喝的酒帶回家，陪自己和朋友度過幾段舒服的時光，就是一瓶酒能帶給我們最棒的事。

Tasting Notes
Nose: The perfume-like floral fragrance spreads, with a sweet hint of melons, apples and apricots. Then come along with creamy, malt, nectar, vanilla, cardamom and spices.
Palate: Smooth. Citrus, dried fruits, apples, malt, butter, nuts, vanilla, woody, herb, cardamom and spices.
Finish: Medium to long. Citrus, apricots, apples, a sweet hint of melons, malt, nectar, woody, mint, cardamom and spices.
The nose is floral and fruity, light yet delightful. The taste is smooth and creamy with citrus, apricot and apple notes, followed by malt, cream and vanilla, and then a touch of wood tannin dryness and spices. The floral finish on the palate makes this dram simple and pleasant, perfect for relaxing.
