【酒款與酒標介紹】
「 Illustration｜大雨 The Rain 」
Long Pond 與 Hampden 的成立時間都可以追溯到 1753年左右，並且都是以生產高酯類蘭姆酒著名。Long Pond 於 1881年期間是由一家叫做 J.B. Sherriff & Company Limited 的蘇格蘭調和商所擁有，生產的蘭姆酒酯類濃度介於 Wedderburn (200-300 gr/hL AA) 到 Continental (700-1600 gr/hL AA) 之間。發酵方式分為兩種類型：白色蘭姆酒（Light Rum）只使用糖蜜為原料，發酵時不加 muck和 dunder，並且僅發酵四小時；製作重酯類蘭姆酒時，則會使用糖蜜、甘蔗酸、dunder 、muck 和分佈於空氣中的酵母經過 2～4週發酵。酯類濃度最高就到 1935年牙買加制定的法定至高標準：1500-1600 gr/hL AA。並根據發酵方式，可以有商業酵母、特定酵母和野生酵母來混搭使用。

在下著大雨的山中漫步的時光就猶如這款 Long Pond 蘭姆酒一樣，隨著時間拉長產生出更多酯類風味，並且在橡木桶經歷了 12年熱帶熟成孕育出明亮的果香甜味，再加上歐陸熟成 5年增加些木質感讓整體風味層次感豐富許多。
【關於畫家】
"鴨寶 Where’s Hazel? " is a passionate graphic designer and a mountain climbing enthusiast. Since her student days, she has been focused on painting and video art, and was nominated for the Taipei Art Award in 2008. A lover of nature, she often climbs the hundred peaks of Taiwan. In 2019, she completed the European pilgrimage route spanning thousands of kilometers, and in 2023, she completed the Pacific Crest Trail in the United States. Her unique painting style and relaxed brush strokes allow viewers to feel as if they are immersed in the scenery of the painting. Come and witness her exciting mountain climbing life!

Tasting Notes
Nose: Smooth sweet ripe fruits aroma mixed with light fresh banana, a touch of salty sweet plum preserves, hazelnut chocolate, aniseed and spices.
Palate: Plum preserves salty sweetness hits the palate first, followed by hints of ripe fruits, nectar, chocolate, nuts, licorice and wood tannins.
Finish: Medium. Fruity and estery flavors, hints of nectar, chocolate, nuts, woodiness, herbal bitterness and spice.
Mild ester aromas with a mellow sweetness runs down your throat smoothly. At the first sip, you can feel the stand-out salty sweetness both from plum preserves and nectar. The delicate finish spreads the ester fruity flavor on your palate, making you barely feel the 66.1% alcohol concentration.
