【酒款與酒標介紹】
《鴨寶Where’s Hazel?》在「Procreate｜N.010 Into The Dark」這張畫中寫下這段文字：「朋友曾說戴著頭燈摸黑一行列前行的我們像是要去採礦的工人，喜歡這種詭譎的氛圍，很適合Sleep Party People的音樂《Ten Feet Up》」
回到 1987年，儘管當時位於 Cooley 半島的某間馬鈴薯酒精工廠，廠內僅有連續式蒸餾器，John Teeling 還是決定接管這個政府出售標案，並且成立了 Cooley 蒸餾廠，意圖想改變當時被 Irish Distillers 壟斷的威士忌產業。後來受到總總因素影響，讓 John Teeling 對 Cooley 酒廠的後續經營感到無力，終究於 2011年被 Beam Inc. 所收購。
但是故事並不是到這裡就結束。放手 Cooley 酒廠的 John Teeling 並沒有離開威士忌產業，反而從 Diageo 收購 Great Northern Brewery 啤酒廠，將其改建成威士忌酒廠，並於 2015年 7月 31日開始蒸餾，正式更名為 Great Northern Distillery。
而這段經歷就跟酒標想呈現的意境有相似之處，彷彿 John Teeling 戴著頭燈一步一步地摸索著酒廠經營之路一樣；這款 Cooley 在內斂的木質感後逐漸散發出稍許明亮的果香甜味，猶如這一條靠著微光照耀的路，即將走到明亮之處。
【關於畫家】
"鴨寶 Where’s Hazel? " is a passionate graphic designer and a mountain climbing enthusiast. Since her student days, she has been focused on painting and video art, and was nominated for the Taipei Art Award in 2008. A lover of nature, she often climbs the hundred peaks of Taiwan. In 2019, she completed the European pilgrimage route spanning thousands of kilometers, and in 2023, she completed the Pacific Crest Trail in the United States. Her unique painting style and relaxed brush strokes allow viewers to feel as if they are immersed in the scenery of the painting. Come and witness her exciting mountain climbing life!

Tasting Notes
Nose: Pronounced sweet fruitiness! Green apple and melon sweetness, raisins, apricot and dried fruit come first, then toffee, caramel, nuts and vanilla, finishing with cinnamon, cardamom, wood and spices.
Palate: Soft and smooth flavors of green apple, citrus, berries, fruit gummies, toffee, nuts, cream, malt, vanilla, wood, cardamom and spices.
Finish: Medium. Banana sweetness, banana ice, citrus, melon freshness and sweetness, creamy, nutty, licorice, woody tannins, bubbly sensation of orange soda and spices.
With its soft, sweet, fruity aromas and smooth, creamy mouthfeel, the simple, straightforward flavor profile and easy-drinking nature of this bottle make it perfect for any occasion.
