關於畫家： 任嶼Ray.H
任嶼Ray.H 是位擅長將日常生活和旅行中美好時刻轉化為生活感十足的圖鑑插畫家，與旅遊觀光及地方文化相關的機構有多次合作，善於以多元的插畫技巧捕捉日常和旅行街景，帶來清新且親近的生活感。
「旅圖」系列榮獲3×3國際插畫獎Merit，以旅行中的日常街景為主題，生動地描繪出每個城市鄉鎮的在地風情來述說出動人又獨特的小故事

【酒廠介紹】
1970年代的蘇格蘭威士忌產業，需要生產更多烈酒來讓供需平衡，在這種前景樂觀的狀態下，加拿大公司 Seagram 於 1975年建造了 Allt-A-Bhainne 酒廠。
它是第一家以現代風格設計的酒廠，所有設備都在同一個房間內，一端是糖化槽，另一端是四座蒸餾器，從開始到結束的過程可由一個人完成。
二十一世紀初期，威士忌產業的市場趨於飽和，導致 Allt-A-Bhainne 酒廠曾於 2002年末到 2005年短暫封存了幾年。幸好後來因為 Chivas Brothers Ltd. 需要泥煤麥芽威士忌才得以重啟運作，且從那時開始生產 10~20ppm 的泥煤麥芽威士忌，約佔總產量的 30~50%。
這次我們挑選的這桶 Allt-A-Bhainne，帶有明亮桃子果香及奶油氣息，滑順口感散發花蜜甜感與堅果調性，尾韻則是淡淡瓜果甜香，能品嚐到在 2002年封廠前酒廠所擁有的美好風味。
【テイスティングノート】
Nose: soft smell of tangerine, plum and peach, together with light salted butter, nuts, honey, vanilla and hints of woody scent.
Palate: smooth tangerine, peach, melon sweetness, butter, nuts, honey, vanilla, waxiness, cardamon and spices.
Finish: medium to long finish. Taste of tangerine, apple, apricot, salted butter, honey, vanilla, woodiness, herbs and spices.
The sweetness of mango and apricot continues on the nose as well as the mouth. Melon taste and waxiness later add onto the palate. The finish is bright and clear woodiness and herbal scent, what an interesting ending!
