【Introduction of Artist】
Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.
Tainan, one of the oldest cities in Taiwan, has been constantly evolving. This city is the perfect muse for Hong Fu-Tian's emotions and creations.

林百貨於 1932年 12月 5日開幕，為臺灣第二間以及南臺灣第一間百貨公司，也是臺灣唯一設有神社的百貨公司。
開幕日僅比當時臺北市的菊元百貨晚兩天，兩者亦並列為臺灣日治時期南北兩大百貨，當時五層樓的林百貨不僅是南臺灣第一座有電梯的百貨公司，還是台南最高的建築物，所以又被稱為「五層樓仔」。

【Introduction of Distillery】
Port Dundas 是一間曾位於低地的穀物威士忌酒廠，據文獻記載建立於 1811年，不久之後，另一家名為 Cowlairs 的蒸餾廠開始運作，到了 1860年，兩個蒸餾廠在當時都已安裝了 Coffey 蒸餾器並合併在一起。1877年，加入了 Diageo 前身 DCL，在 1880 年代成為蘇格蘭當時最大的蒸餾廠。
雖然在 20 世紀初發生了兩次火災，但 Port Dundas 都迅速恢復了運作。可惜在 2010年，Diageo 決定以正在大幅擴建的 Cameronbridge 來集中生產威士忌，讓 Port Dundas 停止運作並且拆除。

Nose: bright sweet and salty plum preserves, citrus, plums, salted butter, subtle honey, coffee, walnuts, vanilla, hay, nutmeg, coconut, and spices.
Palate: gentle. Citrus, plums, cherries, a hint of ripe fruits and smoky sweet and salty candied fruits, butter, nuts, vanilla, hay, and spices.
Finish: medium. Guava, citrus, plums, salted butter, caramel, almonds, nuts, ginger, coconut, and spices.
Gentle sweet and salty candied fruits, salted butter, coffee, nuts, and coconut aromas and flavors, with a finish that leaves a lingering taste of guava and sweet and salty candied fruits, making it quite memorable.
