【Introduction of Artist】
Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.
Tainan, one of the oldest cities in Taiwan, has been constantly evolving. This city is the perfect muse for Hong Fu-Tian's emotions and creations.
【酒標介紹】- 台南赤崁樓
1653年為當時進佔臺灣南部的荷蘭人所建，最初稱為「普羅民遮城」，與安平的熱蘭遮城（今安平古堡）遙遙相對，互為犄角。熱蘭遮城作為荷蘭總督統治中樞，普羅民遮城則作為行政及商業中心。普羅民遮城之建築為三座略為方形的台座相接而成，每個台座之上皆建有西洋式樓房，城牆以糖水、糯米汁攪拌蚵殼灰作為接合料，以紅磚石為主要建材疊砌而成，堅如磐石，經歷三百多年仍可見厚牆及拱圈遺構。最吸引目光的莫過於移自大南門城邊的9塊御碑，由傳說為九龍生子之一狀似石龜的贔屭所乘載。

【Introduction of Distillery】
Williamson 不是酒廠名字，只能代表這桶酒是來自艾雷島的 Laphroaig 酒廠，源自於第一位執掌酒廠的女性 Bessie Williamson，1954年 Laphroaig 原經營者 Ian Hunter 去世後就將酒廠業務營運交給了她，而她將 Laphroaig 帶領成享譽全球的威士忌酒廠。
Laphroaig 的泥煤含量通常約為 40 PPM。酒廠約 80% 的麥芽來自 Port Ellen 發麥廠，其泥煤含量為 35-45 PPM，而其餘 20% 則來自拉佛格自家的地板發麥，泥煤含量更高，介於 40-60 PPM 之間。酒廠會將這兩種泥煤麥芽混和使用，達到最完美的比例！

Nose: rounded smoky prunes, berries, dried fruits, black dates, plums, a hint of salty sweetness, toffee, chocolate, walnuts, slight tobacco, mineral notes, ashes, and spices.
Palate: rounded. Smoky, raisins, dried fruits, dark chocolate, slight charcoal, nuts, woody notes, cardamom, and black pepper.
Finish: medium. Smoky, slight peat, salty sweetness, raisins, dark chocolate, walnuts, woody notes, herbal, cardamom, and black pepper.
Rounded smokiness accompanied by prunes and black dates, along with dark chocolate notes. The palate cleanly and crisply presents berry and smoky fruit aromas, with a hint of woody notes, ashes, and black pepper, leaving a lasting impression.
