【Introduction of Artist】
Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.
Tainan, one of the oldest cities in Taiwan, has been constantly evolving. This city is the perfect muse for Hong Fu-Tian's emotions and creations.
【酒標介紹】- 台南大菜市
大菜市就是現在的台南西市場,「大菜市」是在地居民習慣的稱呼。設立於1905年(明治38年),是台南當時最具規模最主要食材批發交易的市場,同時是全台灣最華麗的市場建築,設置了老虎窗的馬薩式屋頂及入口上有圓山牆。戰後西市場仍持續營運,大約在1990年代時隨著都市開發,以及海安路地下街工程導致這一代商圈沒落,加上食材貿易量增加空間不足等因素而遷出另覓他地為批發市場場所等等因素,西市場逐漸沒落。過了3年來的修復,西市場已找回日治時期的風華亮麗回歸。

【Introduction of Distillery】
Craigellachie 成立於1890年,當時全都使用最新設備,目的是製造出比其他老酒廠更輕盈具鳳梨果香的威士忌。酒廠到現在還是堅持傳統蟲桶冷凝,因為他們深信這樣才能創造出獨特又飽滿的風味,除此之外酒廠所使用的麥芽是由 Glenesk Maltings 提供在窯爐用油烘的麥芽,使其酒體在聞香時可以感受到特殊的油烘麥芽香氣。

香氣:圓潤的泥煤果香、淡淡的煙燻、輕盈的柑橘與鳳梨、果乾、油烘麥芽、花蜜、麵糰、堅果、木質、荳蔻、些微礦物感、土壤與辛香料。
口感:圓潤口感。輕微的泥煤煙燻、乾果、柑橘、淡淡的泥碳、麥芽、蜜糖糖漿、堅果、香草、乾草、木質、荳蔻與辛香料。
尾韻:中等偏長尾韻。清新的泥煤果香、檸檬、柑橘、鹹甜味、烘烤麥芽、肉感、堅果、核桃、淡淡草本苦香、礦物感與辛香料。尾韻留下的煙燻果香甜味讓人分泌口水。
結論:有著海島氣息的泥煤煙燻與烘烤麥芽巧妙地融合在一起的特別香氣,中間陸續散發出花蜜甜香讓人感到舒服,口感主要是煙燻搭配烘烤麥芽,尾韻才跳出來的鹹甜感讓人感覺到了海岸邊。
