【Introduction of Artist】
Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.
Tainan, one of the oldest cities in Taiwan, has been constantly evolving. This city is the perfect muse for Hong Fu-Tian's emotions and creations.
【酒標介紹】- 台南州廳
台南州廳就是現今的國立臺灣文學館，為西方古典樣式建築，由日治時期臺灣總督府建築師森山松之助設計，於 1916年 5月 20日啟用。在第二次世界大戰時州廳遭美軍轟炸，原法國馬薩式屋頂、衛塔屋頂及木構造部分幾乎全毀。戰後持續整修恢復到原本樣貌，屋身則以混有磚牆的仿石材處理成粗獷的水平帶，屋頂則以鋪紋石板瓦及銅片瓦成馬薩式屋頂，其屋簷則開設具有通風和裝飾功能的老虎窗與牛眼窗，整體風格典雅與雄偉，堪稱日治大正時代官有廳舍建築的典範。

【Introduction of Distillery】
Glentauchers 成立於1898年， 由 James Buchanan 和 WP Lowrie 成立，其中 James Buchanan 是調和威士忌品牌 Black & White 之父，1966年將蒸餾器從 2個增加到 6個來增加產能，可惜在 1985年因威士忌銷售狀況低迷關廠，直到 1992年才恢復生產。56個小時短發酵讓酒廠本身麥芽調性較為鮮明，將近98%產量是提供給調和威士忌作為基酒，直到 2017年才以百齡譚 Ballantines 品牌發行第一款官方裝瓶 15年。

Nose: bright fruity sweetness. The initial notes are fresh melon sweetness, citrus, pears, and apples. The mid-palate reveals marshmallow, a hint of malt, butter, nectar, nuts, and vanilla. The finish brings out wood, nutmeg, and spices.
Palate: smooth. Flavors of citrus, apples, pears, fresh melon sweetness, malt, butter, honey syrup, nuts, wood, licorice, nutmeg, and spices.
Finish: medium. Citrus, plums, apples, butter, nectar, almond, vanilla, wood, nutmeg, mint, and spices.
Overall, it is filled with classic bright melon sweetness and flavors. The smooth mouthfeel exudes subtle floral notes, honey syrup, malt, vanilla, and spices, making it a delightful experience to drink.
