【Introduction of Artist】
Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.
Tainan, one of the oldest cities in Taiwan, has been constantly evolving. This city is the perfect muse for Hong Fu-Tian's emotions and creations.
【酒標介紹】- 大東門城
清雍正三年（1725年），臺灣府建城，第一座動工興建的城門就是大東門，是一座木造有樓臺的柵門。
到了乾隆年間，大東門將木道門改為磚石城門，城桓改為三合土，並改建為兩層的城樓，屋頂是重簷歇山式設計。
大東門的城臺為長條型花崗岩堆砌而成，城基宏偉雄厚，門洞居中，西側拱門上銘刻著「迎春門」，東側石質橫額一塊題「東安門」。

【Introduction of Distillery】
1898年，Adam Teacher 認為自己家族企業需要屬於自己的麥芽威士忌酒廠，於是建造了 Ardmore 酒廠。
從此 Ardmore 酒廠就為該家族調和威士忌供應擁有頂級香氣的泥煤威士忌當做基酒，
到了 2001 年都還是維持用煤炭直火蒸餾。
Adrmore 酒廠泥煤採收自聖費格斯(Saint Fergus)，帶有12-14ppm 泥煤酚值，
比較偏向乾燥泥土的風味。酒廠整體風格表現擁有煙燻果香及純厚的奶油與麥芽香甜感。

Nose: full-bodied smoky fruit aroma, roasted pineapples, salted and sweet candied fruits, butter, malt, salted caramel, nuts, wood, cardamom, roots, and spices.
Palate: rounded smoky fruit aroma, citrus, dried fruits, malt, salted caramel sauce, walnuts, wood, mint, cardamom, and spices.
Finish: medium. Citrus, apples, smoke, saltiness, malt, walnuts, hay, wood, cardamom, and spices.
Overall, the gentle smoky fruit aroma carries through from the nose to the palate, with the finish bringing a touch of saltiness. The fruitiness, herbal notes, and spices blend harmoniously in the mouth.
