【Introduction of Artist】
Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.
Tainan, one of the oldest cities in Taiwan, has been constantly evolving. This city is the perfect muse for Hong Fu-Tian's emotions and creations.
【酒標介紹】- 台南延平郡王祠
延平郡王祠，又名開山王廟、開臺聖王廟或鄭成功廟，是座紅色融合些日式氣息的福州式廟宇建築。
為清治時期最早的官祀鄭成功紀念祠，其前身為民間所建的開山王廟，日治時期曾改為開山神社，是日本人在臺最早設置的神社，也是二次大戰前日本帝國外地神社中唯一是從廟宇改為神社的特例。三川門上的「前無古人」匾額道出後人對鄭成功的敬仰之情。

【Introduction of Distillery】
Bunnahabhain 建立於 1881年在艾雷島的 Port Askaig 港口附近，是艾雷島最北方的一家酒廠。與其他艾雷島威士忌酒廠主要生產泥煤威士忌不同的是，Bunnahabhain 反而透過 100小時長發酵及島上最高的蒸餾器生產出細緻溫和的無泥煤威士忌，目前一年生產比例約為 55% 無泥煤威士忌與 45% 泥煤威士忌，泥煤威士忌的泥煤麥芽酚值約 35-45ppm。

Nose: full-bodied smoky fruit aroma with a hint of saltiness, citrus sweetness, sweet and salty candied fruits, bacon, charcoal-grilled oysters, subtle honey, malt, nuts, wood, nutmeg, mineral notes, and spices.
Palate: rounded smokiness, citrus, dried fruits, subtle saltiness, malt, oysters, nuts, wood, tobacco, nutmeg, and black pepper.
Finish: medium to long. Smoky, citrus, apples, honey syrup, nuts, vanilla, wood, nutmeg, tobacco, mineral notes, and spices. Leaves a fruity sweetness in the mouth.
Full-bodied smoky fruit aroma gradually reveals more citrus fruit sweetness and the fresh taste of charcoal-grilled oysters over time. The 15-year maturation results in a smooth and balanced palate, with a slight saltiness that enhances the sweetness in the finish.
