Tasting Notes:
Nose: Peat smoke, lovely gentle sherry notes: sweet dried fruits like raisins, but also lemon, almonds.Palate: balance, peat, dry. Less sweet than the nose suggests. Toffee, almonds, sugary lemony, yet dry.
Very long smoky peaty finish, sherry sweetness, but dry at the same time.
