Nose: bright and sweet melon, apricot, banana, citrus, pollen, yellow kiwi, cream, vanilla, woody, a hint of waxiness, cardamom and spices.
Palate: rounded and sweet citrus, grapefruits, pineapples, a hint of passion fruits, syrup, nuts, ginger, woody, mint, and bright spices.
Finish: medium to long. Citrus acidity and sweetness, plums, a hint of melons, grapefruits, malt, syrup, ginger, woody, a hint of herbal bitterness, and spices. Leaves a tropical fruity sweetness in the mouth.

About the Label：
The person on the label is Dr. Hultin (1920-2013), the original owner of this Ben Nevis.
He was born in the north of Finland, and he was a sailor, a successful competitive boater, and an explorer.
This bottling pays tribute to Dr. Hultin with a photo of him active at sea.
