「希望能一直只裝讓自己感動的酒」是艾雷重擊自有品牌 THe Whisky Blues 始終堅持的唯一原則，
過去六年，我們從自家庫存酒桶裡精心挑選每一桶酒，這次六週年紀念裝瓶正好是第70款酒，
為了符合「艾雷」這個名字，我們挑選了這桶來自艾雷島南方的酒。
酒標上是3D繪製的艾雷島等高線地圖，其色澤如同威士忌琥珀般閃耀，深淺色塊分佈象徵著威士忌的多樣變化。
我們標上了這家於1815年成立的酒廠座標「55°38’26N 06°06’31W」，
眾多鑑賞家讚賞這家酒廠酒質「近乎完美，毫無瑕疵」(As close to perfection as makes no difference.)，
似乎酒廠的真實身份便呼之欲出了。
這桶就是艾雷重擊獻給各位的《The Whisky Blues・威士忌藍調》六週年選酒，
未來會持續選出更多讓人感動的酒款。

Tasting Notes
Nose: smooth and sweet with a hint of saltiness, peat, smoke, apples, preserved fruits, citrus, malt, bacon, hay, mineral notes, peat, leather, wood, and spices.
Palate: rounded with a salty taste, peat, smoke, apples, lemons, malt, nuts, wood, mineral notes, and spices.
Finish: medium. Smoke, lemons, honey syrup, butter, nuts, a hint of vanilla, mineral notes, verbena, ash, and black pepper.
Smooth sea breeze with a hint of saltiness and sweetness, lightly peated with citrus and apple fruit aromas. The rounded and full-bodied peaty fruit sweetness is accompanied by spices, making it a spirit to savor slowly.
