香氣：前段是飽滿的鹹味、煙燻、泥煤、泥碳、皮革、柑橘、些微乾果和莓果，中段延續著煙燻、莓果果香、烤肉香、麥芽、巧克力、咖啡、堅果、烤杏仁、甘草，後段是木質、皮革、荳蔻、薄荷、黑胡椒和灰燼感
口感：柔和圓潤口感。甜美的煙燻、帶著淡淡的鹹味、蜜餞鹹甜香、泥碳、乾果、莓果、烤肉甜感、可可、咖啡、堅果、木質、甘草、荳蔻和黑胡椒
尾韻：中等偏長。鹹味、煙燻、泥煤、乾果、莓果甜香、可可、木質、荳蔻、薄荷涼感與胡椒，留在嘴裡是煙燻烤肉的鹹甜香和漿果果香，一段時間後轉變成泥碳與灰燼感
結論：剛開始香氣很飽滿且有個性，可以先感受到明顯的煙燻果香與烤肉甜香，中段可以感受到明亮的可可、堅果、巧克力和灰燼感。口感則是圓潤且層次分明，煙燻果香與肉甜感交織在嘴中散發著。
