• “Stiùbhart”, the name of the bottling brand on the label is actually "Stewart" in Gaellic
• Other than being passionate about whisky, George is also a painter. All of the artwork on the labels are painted by him.
• The bird on the label is actually a pelican, family crest of the Stewart family from Scotland, hence it being the main design element of the brand's logo.

Nose: gentle smoke, citrus, apples, orange blossom, honey syrup, nuts, almonds, vanilla, wood, hay, ash, and spices.
Palate: smooth. Slightly salty, smoky, citrus, candied sweet and salty, nectar, butter, nuts, roasted almonds, vanilla, wood, nutmeg, and spices.
Finish: medium. Light saltiness, plums, malt, nectar, nuts, butter, vanilla, mineral notes, and spices.
