• “Stiùbhart”, the name of the bottling brand on the label is actually "Stewart" in Gaellic
• Other than being passionate about whisky, George is also a painter. All of the artwork on the labels are painted by him.
• The bird on the label is actually a pelican, family crest of the Stewart family from Scotland, hence it being the main design element of the brand's logo.

Nose: soft and sweet berries, apples, plums, ripe melons, malt, honey, chocolate, almonds, vanilla, slight smoky wood notes, cinnamon, nutmeg, and spices.
Palate: light and clean. Citrus, berries, melons, apples, slight candied sweet and salty notes, creamy chocolate, honey, nuts, wood, mint, and sweet spices.
Finish: medium to long. Citrus, plums, melons, apples, malt, bright honey aroma, vanilla, wood, herbal tea, and spices.
