• “Stiùbhart”, the name of the bottling brand on the label is actually "Stewart" in Gaellic
• Other than being passionate about whisky, George is also a painter. All of the artwork on the labels are painted by him.
• The bird on the label is actually a pelican, family crest of the Stewart family from Scotland, hence it being the main design element of the brand's logo.

Nose: gentle and sweet citrus, plums, pears, apricots, apples, slight candied sweet and salty notes, honey syrup, nuts, vanilla, hay, wood, nutmeg, and spices.
Palate: gentle and smooth. Citrus, melons, apricots, apples, malt, honey syrup, nuts, hay, wood, nutmeg, and spices.
Finish: medium to long. Citrus, dried fruits, slight melon and candied sweet and salty notes, butter, nuts, stone fruits, hay, wood, and spices.
