【Introduction of Artist】
Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.
Tainan, one of the oldest cities in Taiwan, has been constantly evolving. This city is the perfect muse for Hong Fu-Tian's emotions and creations.
【酒標介紹】- 台南水仙宮
台南水仙宮是昔日臺灣府城「七寺八廟」勝景之一。
建成年份衆說紛紜，最普遍的說法是蔣允焄所撰碑記所載該廟建於康熙五十四年（1715年），廟址為舊時五條港的南勢港，地控五條港樞紐，主祀「一帝二王二大夫」共五尊水仙尊王，清代廣受與航運有關的貿易商人所崇信，常來此祈求平安、健康和順利。
台南水仙宮現今位於商業區，夾處於水仙宮市場與永樂市場間兩側林立的攤販與店家中，人潮熙來攘往非常熱鬧。

【Introduction of Distillery】
Mannochmore 於 1971年建造，為了因應當時國際上對調和威士忌不斷增加的需求，並且像它的姊妹廠 Glenlossie 一樣，主要為調和威士忌 Haig 和 Dimple 品牌基酒。
首次以官方單一麥芽威士忌裝瓶是在 1992 年發行的「Flora & Fauna 花鳥物語」裡，2013年酒廠擴增到四對蒸餾器，清澈的麥汁與發酵時間長達將近100小時，創造出具有細緻果香與花香的風味。

Nose: smooth sweet oranges, plums, ripe fruits, canned pineapple, apple brandy, fresh wood, malt, honey tea, nuts, vanilla, mint, coconut, and baking spices.
Palate: rounded citrus, pineapple, apple, nectar, malt, butter, nuts, wood, wax, cardamom, and spices.
Finish: medium. Citrus, apricot, a hint of melon, honey, nuts, vanilla, ginger, woody tannins, mint, and a touch of spices, with honey sweetness lingering in the mouth.
結論：水仙宮該不會有賣蜜茶和奶油鬆餅吧？這款酒光是香氣從香氣就讓人感受明亮的蜜茶茶香，再多聞一下有奶油鬆餅裡頭奶油餡的香氣，彷彿置身於水仙宮市場裡。
