鴨寶 Where’s Hazel? 說這張圖很有趣，每個人看到時的想像情境都不一樣：她會突然想到 WOODS《Where Do You Go When You Dream? 》這首歌。就讓我們邊聽歌邊聊聊這款酒！

Great Northern 酒廠是由前 Cooley 酒廠創辦人，同時也是 Teeling 酒廠創辦人的父親 John Teeling 建立的，目前產量為愛爾蘭第二大，年約 1600萬升。擁有壺式與連續式蒸餾器，可以生產出穀物威士忌、二次蒸餾或三次蒸餾麥芽威士忌、泥煤麥芽威士忌及壺式蒸餾威士忌……等各種類型，以提供給當地品牌及小酒廠使用。
The Whisky Blues, No.046, Great Northern, 5yo 因法規限制的緣故，部分資訊無法標示在酒標上。譬如：「這款是使用 First Fill Bourbon Barrel 和 First Fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead 兩種桶型非等比例勾兌而成」，就只能在這裡揭露。二種桶型勾兌的好處即是：波本桶帶出明亮瓜果甜香、雪莉重組桶賦予些許堅果與木質感，相互混合後能夠增添更多層次。

【畫家介紹】

鴨寶 Where’s Hazel? 是位充滿熱情的平面設計師，同時也是熱愛攀登的登山愛好者。從學生時期起，她就專注於繪畫和錄像藝術，並在 2008年入圍台北美術獎。熱愛大自然的她時常攀登台灣百岳，2019年完成了長達數千公里的歐洲朝聖之路，並於 2023年前往美國完成太平洋屋脊步道。其獨特的畫風，輕鬆自在的筆觸，能夠讓人觀看後有如身臨其境地感受到畫中風景的溫度。快來一睹她的精彩登山人生！

【テイスティングノート】

Nose: Bright green apple, melon, banana, butter, malt, honey, almond, vanilla, wooden dryness and spices.

Palate: Medium to strong taste. Sweet-sourness from candied fruit, green apple, pineapple, light berry, malt, butter chocolate, nuts, mind, cardamom, wooden dryness and spices.

Finish: Medium finish. Tangerine, dried pineapple, melon, berry, butter chocolate, honey syrup, nuts, wooden dryness, cardamom and spices.

On the nose it is strong and powerful with smells of fruit and malt. On the palate, it is full-bodied with the taste of fruit together with wooden dryness. This bottle will stand the test of time, it is beyond its years, one just can't have enough.
