關於畫家： SHINGO IWASA 岩佐駸吾
出生於宮城縣的平面設計師，從設計的角度進行創作。受到 311 大海嘯和陰陽思想的啟發，大多數畫作以黑白為主。他認為這個世界是由兩種截然不同的對立元素建構出來：光與影，正與反，希望透過這樣的對比表達陰陽的平衡。

【酒廠介紹】
創建於 1743年的 Bushmills 酒廠，在 1885年經歷一場大火後重建，接著又於 1920年受到美國禁酒令對愛爾蘭威士忌產業的沉重打擊後，現今 Bushmills 仍然頑強地存活了下來。
“We’re not the best because we’re the oldest, we’re the oldest because we’re the best.”（我們並非因為最老所以成為最好，我們是因為最好所以才能成為最老。）酒廠首席蒸餾師 Colum Egan 說出的這句話，正代表著 Bushmills 對自家生產的酒質充滿信心。

Nose: light citrus, plums, passion fruits, yellow apples, herbal bitterness, melons, cream, malt, nuts, wood, nutmeg, and spices.
Palate: gentle mouthfeel. Citrus, plums, melons, kiwi, passion fruits, apricots, malt, honey syrup, nuts, vanilla, nutmeg, and spices.
Finish: medium-long. Citrus, plums, cream, nectar, malt, nuts, herbal bitterness, wood, nutmeg, and spices.
The 32 years have given the aroma a gentle and layered complexity, with soft fruity sweetness and creamy notes. The rounded mouthfeel brings out the fruity sweetness of passion fruits, melons, and kiwi, well combined with the herbal and woody tones in the latter part.
