這支果香超飽滿的。
剛拿到酒那天，為了裝樣品就先開了一瓶。光是把酒倒進燒杯，再從燒杯倒進小玻璃瓶的這個過程，一陣風吹進來，老遠就聞到滿滿果汁牛奶的那種果汁香氣。湊近再仔細聞，甜美裡又透著一點點果酸。心情整個都好起來。

品飲筆記
香氣：清新的青蘋果、白葡萄和香蕉果香與柔順的奶油、牛奶巧克力、杏仁、香草、薄荷涼感和辛香料。
口感：圓潤的青蘋果、梅李蜜餞鹹甜香、柑橘、麥芽、奶油、花蜜、木質、薄荷與辛香料。
尾韻：中等偏長尾韻的青蘋果甜香、柑橘皮、麥芽、蜜糖糖漿、些微花蜜、杏仁、香草、薑、草本與辛香料。
溫暖陽光下的冰品室。香氣讓人感受到小時候常吃的香蕉清冰和巧克力冰淇淋，然後伴隨著柔和的青蘋果果香、奶油、麥芽、花蜜、杏仁和草本甜香，彷彿置身於午後陽光溫柔地照射在木桌上，室內種植些香草植物的冰品室裡。
Nose: freshness of green apples, white grapes, bananas and smooth butter, milk chocolate, almonds, vanilla, minty and spices.
Palate: rounded green apples, salty sweet and sour prunes, citrus, malt, butter, nectar, wood, mint and spices.
Finish: medium to long. A sweet hint of green apples, citrus peels, malt, syrup, hints of nectar, almonds, vanilla, ginger, herb and spices.
Ice Cream House under beautiful sunshine. The scent is reminiscent of the childhood banana shredded ice and chocolate ice cream, then soft green apples, cream, malts, nectar, almonds and herbal sweetness as if lying on a table bathed in gentle afternoon sunlight inside an Ice Cream House filled with herb plants.
