酒款與酒標介紹
四位古典音樂家們到台灣，走遍「斑馬線」和逛遍「夜市」後，現在來到了宏偉的「國家音樂廳」。國家音樂廳採用了中式傳統式殿堂式建築風格，其重檐歇山式屋頂讓它整體外觀添增許多層次感；此外，精心設計的葫蘆窗環繞屋簷的斗拱旁，磚石砌成的高大臺基表現出「高臺榭、美宮室」的高貴象徵。跟遠在蘇格蘭的 Tormore Distillery 有異曲同工之妙：由前皇家學院院長 Sir Albert Richardson 委託設計，酒廠整體建築採用花崗岩，在當時更被許多人譽為「酒廠建築中的傑作」。
這款 Tormore 呢，帶有奶油、麥芽、花蜜和茶感這般細緻調性，彷彿在品飲瞬間交織成一首優雅的交響樂，餘韻留在人們心中，那股感動讓人陶醉其中。而莫扎特、舒伯特、貝多芬和巴哈四位古典音樂家的作品旋律，至今仍然不時地在國家音樂廳裡響起。四人自拍時手機閃光燈不小心閃了一下，這道光芒就有如「斯貝塞珍珠」一樣優雅且明亮閃爍著，就讓我們沿著這道光，享受這款 Tormore 呈現的風味吧！

關於畫家
MasonYin 莓森林是位オ華洋溢的畫家及音樂家。插畫作品出現在 MUZIK 雜誌的音樂圖畫專欄、與企業合作打造的音樂主題咖啡館、NSO 國家交響樂團相關周邊商品等等，同時並專職於成人小提琴教學，是真正的斜槓藝術家。也因此，作品常常可以見到古典音樂家、樂器、樂團演奏等活靈活現的音樂元素。
About Artist
MasonYin is a talented painter and musician. You can see his artwork appearing in a column dedicated to music & painting in the MUZIK Magazine, or in musically themed cafes co-opened with corporates, as well as in gift shop items for the national orchestra NSO. In addition, he also focuses on teaching adults violin, he is a true artist that works across different areas. Therefore, you can see classical musicians, instruments, bands and orchestras appearing in his artwork as if they were playing right in front of you.

品飲筆記
香氣：明亮的花香與黃色水果果香交織著，花香中有著蘋果、芒果、杏桃和李子果香甜味，再來是滑順的奶油、堅果、香草、蜜蠟與辛香料。
口感：輕柔的芒果、杏桃、瓜果、麥芽、奶油巧克力、香草與溫和的辛香料。
尾韻：中等尾韻，花果香、柑橘、淡淡瓜果甜香、花蜜、堅果、木質丹寧乾澀感、薄荷、茶香與甜香料。
香氣讓這款酒有著明亮的花香與黃色水果果香，經歷一段時間依然維持明亮的花果香讓人感到愉悅，柔順的口感帶出優雅的果香甜味、奶油、香草與辛香料，整體是一款溫柔細緻的酒款。
Nose: Bright floral scent with the smell of yellow fruits alternating with each other, within the floral scent one can smell apple, mango, apricot and the sweetness of plum. Straight after it’s smooth butter, nuts, vanilla, honey wax and spices.
Palate: Soft mango, apricot, melon, malt, butter chocolate, vanilla and mild spices.
Finish: Medium finish with fruitiness, tangerine, mild melon sweetness, honey, nuts, dryness, mint, tea and sweet spices.
On the nose this bottling brings bright floral scent together with the smell of yellow fruits. After a while, the smell of flower and fruit together is rather pleasant. Thereafter it’s the smoothness of fruity sweetness, butter, vanilla and spices. Overall it is a gentle and delicate bottle.
