酒款與酒標介紹
四位古典音樂家穿越時空來到台灣後,「斑馬線」走了超過九遍、在不同城市的「夜市」吃好吃滿、在宏偉的「國家音樂廳」合照留做紀念,來到了旅程的最後一趟。似乎四個人在這趟旅程還沒一起野餐過,出發總要有個方向,走~到那座熱情的城市:高雄「衛武營國家藝術文化中心」。
在豔陽高照的草皮上,如果這時候可以來一杯酸甜可口的果汁就太棒了。不如就來試試看這款牙買加蘭姆酒吧!
這間酒廠創立時間最早可可追朔到1753年,經歷了幾次易主後,於 2009年被 Hussey 家族收購。經歷多次轉手,依舊遵循「古法」做野生發酵,因而創造出獨一無二的酯類風味。從 1930年代開始,酯值濃度由低到高使用 8 種 marques 來做標示。
此外,這家酒廠採用銅製雙罐壺式蒸餾器來使其口感更具層次,他們所生產的高酯值濃度酒款還真能展現出又酸又甜的滋味。由於它從香氣到口感都非常獨特,要比喻的話,可以說是蘭姆酒界的泥煤威士忌或是台灣小吃中的臭豆腐,似乎有種魔幻力量會讓一些人初次嘗試後,徹底愛上那股強力膠、燒塑膠和熟香蕉的奇特滋味,這間酒廠就是 Hampden!看啊,又是莫扎特,他已經悄悄地喝了一杯躺在草地上回味著。趕快一起來品嚐這款百年傳統,全新感受的 JMC 吧。

關於畫家
MasonYin 莓森林是位オ華洋溢的畫家及音樂家。插畫作品出現在 MUZIK 雜誌的音樂圖畫專欄、與企業合作打造的音樂主題咖啡館、NSO 國家交響樂團相關周邊商品等等,同時並專職於成人小提琴教學,是真正的斜槓藝術家。也因此,作品常常可以見到古典音樂家、樂器、樂團演奏等活靈活現的音樂元素。

MasonYin is a talented painter and musician. You can see his artwork appearing in a column dedicated to music & painting in the MUZIK Magazine, or in musically themed cafes co-opened with corporates, as well as in gift shop items for the national orchestra NSO. In addition, he also focuses on teaching adults violin, he is a true artist that works across different areas. Therefore, you can see classical musicians, instruments, bands and orchestras appearing in his artwork as if they were playing right in front of you.

品飲筆記
香氣:明亮且熟透的芒果、香蕉和鳳梨等熱帶水果果香與果酸感,淡淡的強力膠、優酪乳、香草和辛香料。
口感:濃郁的發酵果酸感、柑橘、鳳梨、酸奶、堅果、些微甘草、木質與辛香料。
尾韻:中等偏長尾韻。滿滿的果酸感、蜜餞鹹甜感、淡淡的啤酒花、甘草橄欖、些微強力膠、木質、果酸乾澀感與甜香料。
滿滿的高酯類風味,幾乎熟透的熱帶水果果香與果酸感,口感除了有紮實的果酸感、甘草橄欖、蜜餞鹹甜感,酸奶、強力膠、草本、木質讓人不知不覺中喝完了這款酒。
Nose: Bright and ripe tropical fruits such as mango, banana and pineapple together with fruity sourness. Mild smell of super glue, yoghurt drink, vanilla and spices.
Palate: Rich fermented sourness from fruits such as tangerine and pineapple with the taste of yoghurt, nuts, some licorice, dryness and spices.
Finish: Medium to long finish. Full-bodied fruity sourness, sweet and sourness from candied fruit, hops from beer, olive licorice, some very light super glue, dryness from the sourness of fruit and sweet spices.
Full with high easter flavour, ripe tropical fruits together with fruity sourness. Licorice olives, sweet and sourness from candied fruits, sour cream, super glue, herbal and wood, that makes you finish this dram unconsciously.
