這次貓老闆的職業相當好認。看看他手上那支誘人的食物（好啦，我知道有人持相反意見），就知道是肚子餓的時候，會很期待聽到那句「迪～會桂～」叫賣聲的豬血糕攤老闆。要辣嗎？小辣。要不要加香菜？要。然後趕快趁熱先咬一口，再慢慢邊吃邊走回家。
酒標上的 Staoisha，指的是 Bunnahabhain 布納哈本的泥煤版。就像豬血糕一般，有人超愛、有人無法接受，大家對於泥煤威士忌的喜好，也是非常兩極。如果你和我們一樣，也是屬於泥煤愛好者，那麼這款年輕的 Staoisha 你應該會喜歡。要力道有力道，要風味有風味，況且價格還相當合理。實在是值得大批買起來慢慢喝的好物。
特別是魄力十足的海風鹹味，不禁讓人想起布納酒廠旁那個可愛小碼頭。那裡有看起來好近的吉拉島，以及顏色好美好乾淨的一片海。喜歡鹹感威士忌的酒友們，可千萬別錯過了唷！

品飲筆記
香氣：鮮明的海水鹹味夾雜著果香甜味，散發著淡淡的泥碳與煙燻甜香，堅果、薄荷涼感、茴香、荳蔻與胡椒。
口感：飽滿的泥煤與煙燻加上鹹味襲擊而來，檸檬、鳳梨、麥芽、薑、木質和黑胡椒。
尾韻：彷彿像喝了一口海水般，鹹味留在口中變成了鹹甜香、麥芽、木質乾澀感、礦物感與溫和的辛香料。
整體表現一致性很高，鮮明的海水鹹味伴隨著煙燻果香，中後段是滑順的鹹奶油、麥芽、蜜糖糖漿和堅果，後段則是由乾草、薄荷、薑、荳蔻等辛香料和礦物感銜接著，一旦你習慣那海水般的鹹感，那麼口感帶出的果香甜味就會讓你一直想喝下去。
Nose: Clear sea-saltiness mixed with sweet fruity smell, releases a light peated and smoky odour. Smells of nut, mint, fennel, nutmeg and pepper.
Palate: Full-bodied peat and smokiness together with the taste of salt come strongly together. Lemon, pineapple, malt, ginger, wood and pepper.
Finish: It is as if one drank a glass of sea water, the saltiness stays in the mouth and turns into sweet saltiness. Flavours of malt, dry wood, minerals and soft spices are apparent.
Total performance is consistent, sea saltiness is accompanied with the smells of peat and fruit. Middle to latter part contains the tastes of smooth salty butter, malt, honey caramel and nut. Finally, the tastes of dry grass, mint, ginger and fennel continue to appear. Once one is used to that taste from the saltiness of sea, when it turns fruity sweet, it leaves you wanting more.
