Tasting Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nose: soft island scents. Delicate salty smell, peaty and smoky , citrus and yellow lemon sweetness, roasted meat sweetness, creamy, nutty and ashy.<\/p>\n

Palate: mellow and sweet. Soft savory, peat, smoky, yellow lemon, malt, cocoa and black pepper.<\/p>\n

Finish: A long peaty and smoky finish with saltiness and sweetness from preserved fruits which is intertwined with citrus. End up in minerals and ashes.<\/p>\n

The overall performance is balanced and soft, fruity brightness and sweetness reveal in the aroma and the finish at different stages. Very mellow. Enjoy the preserved fruit\u2019s saltiness and sweetness. Definitely a finger-licking dram.<\/p>\n
