We named it as \"Kittenish\". It's not a really distillery name, yet \"kitty-nish\" is an obvious clue, right?<\/p>\n

MasonYin is a talented painter and musician. You can see his artwork appearing in a column dedicated to music & painting in the MUZIK Magazine, or in musically themed cafes co-opened with corporates, as well as in gift shop items for the national orchestra NSO. In addition, he also focuses on teaching adults violin, he is a true artist that works across different areas. Therefore, you can see classical musicians, instruments, bands and orchestras appearing in his artwork as if they were playing right in front of you.<\/p>\n

Tasting Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nose: fresh aromas of pears, green apples and white fruits. Mild salted butter, malt, honey and roasted almonds. A hint of leather, wax and spices.<\/p>\n

Palate: mellow, fruit aromas with some wood dryness. Some nuts and roasted breads.<\/p>\n

Finish: tropical fruit aromas, malt, butter, honey, cocoa and slightly wood tannin dryness. Green fruit sweetness stays softly in the mouth for the finish.<\/p>\n

Rich and layered dram.<\/p>\n
