Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.<\/p>\n
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.<\/p>\n
Tainan, one of the oldest cities in Taiwan, has been constantly evolving. This city is the perfect muse for Hong Fu-Tian's emotions and creations.<\/p>\n

Nose: full-bodied smoky fruit aroma with a hint of saltiness, citrus sweetness, sweet and salty candied fruits, bacon, charcoal-grilled oysters, subtle honey, malt, nuts, wood, nutmeg, mineral notes, and spices.<\/p>\n
Palate: rounded smokiness, citrus, dried fruits, subtle saltiness, malt, oysters, nuts, wood, tobacco, nutmeg, and black pepper.<\/p>\n
Finish: medium to long. Smoky, citrus, apples, honey syrup, nuts, vanilla, wood, nutmeg, tobacco, mineral notes, and spices. Leaves a fruity sweetness in the mouth.<\/p>\n
Full-bodied smoky fruit aroma gradually reveals more citrus fruit sweetness and the fresh taste of charcoal-grilled oysters over time. The 15-year maturation results in a smooth and balanced palate, with a slight saltiness that enhances the sweetness in the finish.<\/p>\n
