Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.<\/p>\n
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.<\/p>\n

Palate: rounded smoky fruit aroma, citrus, dried fruits, malt, salted caramel sauce, walnuts, wood, mint, cardamom, and spices.<\/p>\n
Finish: medium. Citrus, apples, smoke, saltiness, malt, walnuts, hay, wood, cardamom, and spices.<\/p>\n
Overall, the gentle smoky fruit aroma carries through from the nose to the palate, with the finish bringing a touch of saltiness. The fruitiness, herbal notes, and spices blend harmoniously in the mouth.<\/p>\n
