Hong Fu-Tian, born in Tainan, has been traditional painter for many years, especially using the technique of watermark woodcut.<\/p>\n
The Japanese writer Nishikawa Mitsuru integrated his feelings about Taiwan into his literature and painting. Hong Fu-Tian was inspired and deeply moved by this, this led him to re-explore his feelings for his hometown and transform this emotion into art, in turn his work has deep and profound connections to his homeland.<\/p>\n

Nose: gentle and bright citrus fruitiness, plums, a hint of white grape, Asian pear, dried fruits, cream, syrup, vanilla, herbs, green tea, cardamom and spices.<\/p>\n
Palate: smooth. Sweet citrus, salty-sweetness of preserved fruits, a hint of melons, malt, nuts, woody, herbs, cardamom and spices.<\/p>\n
Finish: medium. Citrus, white grape fruitiness, a hint of salty-sweetness of preserved fruits, malt, cream chocolate, vanilla, woody, tea aroma and spices.<\/p>\n
The gentle and bright fruitiness with a smooth palate makes it easy to enjoy this wonderful dram, especially the white grape fruitiness in the finish gives a great ending.<\/p>\n
