From LBD:\"More very special calvados, fully white port matured, pays d\u2019auge so it\u2019s double pot distilled rather than column distilled and it\u2019s just wonderful liquid. The pot distillation creates a richer, heavier distillate that preserves more apple oomph, that\u2019s almost certainly the correct technical term.\n\nDistilled at the idyllic Christian Drouin distillery in Normandy, please go and visit if you get the chance, it is how we imagine a Disney distillery would look.\"
\n\"Another labour of love to bring this cask home to Scotland, it is not an inexpensive or stress free experience but we think it is worth it. Good age to this, very interesting wood type and a more approachable abv although we have not added any water to it. Another calvados unicorn and one which we are very excited about sharing with you.
