Nose: mild seawater, oysters, slight peat, smoke, lemon, cream, vanilla, pine, minerals, ashes and spices.<\/p>\n

Palate: medium. Hint of salt, peat, stronger smoke, citrus sweet and sour taste, pineapple, oysters, cream, malts, sweetness from smoked meats, vanilla, nuts, pine, mint and spices.<\/p>\n

Finish: medium to long freshness and sweetness. Salty lemon and oysters. Peaty, smoky, malty sweetness, creamy, woody, herbal, mineral, ashy and peppery.<\/p>\n

The overall flavor is just right! This bottle has the classic savory aroma of the distillery, with soft fruity peat, malts, mint and spices notes. The fruity sweetness on the finish is quite long: like being at the beach, smelling the smoky aroma from the campfire while eating fresh, sweet, and huge oysters with a touch of minerals and umami mouthfeel lingering on your tongue.<\/p>\n
